 • Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? >>>

Advanced purchase is strongly recommended, as space is limited and tours can sell out. To maximise your chances of getting the date and time you prefer, please book well in advance. And remember, we offer free cancellation if your plans change!

 • Will I get a confirmation when the tour is booked? >>>

Once your booking is received, an automated booking confirmation will be sent to you either by Viator, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, Expedia, or Marriot. The tour start time and location will be included in the booking. A reminder will also be sent to you 1 day before the start time.

 • How many guests will be on my tour? >>>

Each of our walking tours has a maximum limit of 15 guests per tour. 

 • What if it rains or snows? >>>

We try as much as we can to present tours with shine, rain, or snow, unless the conditions are dangerous, in which case a refund will be provided for the tour. The PATH (Toronto’s Underground System) may be used more frequently during the tour as an alternate in cases of extreme weather. 

 • Can I bring a stroller on the tour? >>>

Yes! However, please note that there will be sections where stairs are required. 

 • Are there breaks on the tours? >>>

Yes, our tours do include a bathroom break midway through the tour. 

 • Are tours offered only in English? >>>

We offer tours in Spanish and Portuguese also. Reach us to confirm when they are available. 

 • Should I tip my tour guide? >>>

If you feel your tour guide has provided a great experience, gratuities are encouraged— and welcomed—at the end of your tour. Gratuities for your guide are always appreciated but never expected. 

 • I am late, can I catch up with the guide? >>>

Please notify us if you are running behind for your tour. We may be able to provide you with our next few stops so that you can catch up with the group. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the start of a tour by more than a few minutes. Once the tours begin, our guides must focus on the tour, and will not be able to answer calls or text messages. 

 • What happens if the tour is cancelled? >>>

If we do have to cancel a tour, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued.
